RateSheets.com for Brokers
As with the other sites in the network, here there are both an Administrative Login and a Broker User Login. More features are also coming soon.

I. Administrative Login
Each brokerage firm has a company administrator that manages its information in its Company Section and its users. The administrator has control over the following key features.
Company Message
The administrator can post office news for the firm's originators to view anytime they log onto RateSheets.com or LoanProcessors.com
Documents
The administrator can upload company documents, lender rate sheets, and lender forms to make them available to the firm's loan agents. This is a great tool if some lenders are not using RateSheets.com. We give brokers a Free fax number where they can receive lender rate sheets via e-mail instead of as paper faxes. It helps eliminate the cost associated with the fax machine and copier. It makes rate sheet distribution to originators a breeze.
Passwords
The administrator can manage password distribution to its originators. The administrator can also maintain personal user names and password required to enter into a lender's own website. If a lender has a link to its web site on RateSheets.com, the administrator can seamlessly log into the lender's web site without having to enter a user name and password for that lender.
Company Roster
The administrator can view its on-line Company Roster and send e-mails to the firm's employees. The administrator can change the titles and departments of the employees of its on-line Company Roster that is viewed by its users.
Registered Users
The administrator can add or remove employees' access to RateSheets.com. The administrator can also determine which lenders' rate sheets and other information the employees can access.
Help
On-line Help is available throughout the site and a downloadable help manual in Adobe Acrobat .pdf is available.
Access to RateSheets.com Main Menu
The administrator also has access to the Main Menu of RateSheets.com, which is different from the brokerage firm's Company Section. The features of the Main Menu are highlighted below.
II. Broker User
